Welcome to Cathedral High School!

Cathedral High School serves approximately 200 students in grades 7-12. The building is part of the New Ulm Area Catholic Schools campus, which also includes St. Anthony Elementary School, Cathedral of the Holy Trinity Church, and the Holy Trinity Convent. Students at Cathedral High School are challenged by a strong academic curriculum, which allows students a high level of success in college. Since the year 2000, over 95% of Cathedral graduates have chosen to further their education in college. Cathedral offers students a wide variety of courses to choose from that make well-rounded graduates. We are an educational home for a wide spectrum of academic abilities and strive to pull each student up to his or her full potential.

Nine sports are offered at CHS, including volleyball, football, girls basketball, boys basketball, dance team, softball, baseball, girls golf, and boys golf. There are several sports offered cooperatively with the local public school, Minnesota Valley Lutheran High School, and Sleepy Eye St. Mary's School. Other activities offered at Cathedral include Student Council, Fall Dance, Knowledge Bowl, Vex Robotics, and school play or musical.
